Where I can get my order?

You can receive it in the direction you choose (home, work, etc.)

The country of delivery may be different from the purchase?

Delivery country always has to match the country of purchase.

How soon will I get my order?

If you live on the peninsula, the delivery time is 24/48 hours, unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, in which case the order the first day after the order is placed working day will be processed. For destinations such as the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and the rest of Europe the delivery time is about 10 days.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight and destination. You may know the cost before making payment.

What is the delivery process?

We will send an email confirmation when your order will leave the warehouse and carrier will contact you to inform you of order delivery.

 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All products can be changed within 15 days of delivery of the package. If the size is not correct or you do not like the product, or any other defect of the order, we will change it to the right.

Send the package (very important) registered mail and putting into the reason for the change / return with the changes you want to the address:

If the return is the result of a change in size or product for its part, the costs of the return will be paid by the customer and the new shipment with the new order it will pay us.

If the change is motivated by our error or a defect in the product, you will pay the cost of your shipment and new shipment.
